Every day, I help people with LED projects. Since 2012 I have designed thousands of lighting projects and helped thousands of happy customers. Projects including houses, commercial projects like hotels, bars, night clubs, theatres, operas + many more.At Ledtekfi I manage our Helsinki city office. Finland is our main market area and for that I am responsible to look for our day-to-day flow of order handling process, customer service and overall e-commerce business development and global sourcing. My interest lies with light quality and product quality. We want to offer high quality lighting products for our Scandinavian customers. During 2019 and 2020 we have updated our webstore to serve customers with high quality needs. We have excellent customer service by phone, text messages, email, chat box and WhatsApp messages. On top of that I am responsible for our social media accounts.Online business never sleeps. I am constantly thinking how we can serve our customers better and how to make our webstore better.
