For the introduction of a new patient management system, I am temporarily helping the internal product owner team and the internal and external dev teams to- convert business requirements into user stories- analyse existing processes- set up new or adapted processes- implement, test and release features

Selected accomplished projects- Large-scale, long-lasting projects: Certification of the Medgate App as medical device under MDD & MDR (project management, writing of technical documentation, contribution to setting up cross-departmental QMS, conduction of internal audits, operative support of QMB and PRRC)- Thematic coordination: Project coordination of all digital Covid projects between Medgate and Swiss authorities (BAG and selected cantons); coordination of the development of an AI-based triage system in collaboration with IBM Research- Internal knowledge building & efficiency improvement: Analysis and documentation of internal operative processes across departments in several projects- New insurance product launches: project management and coordination of product launches of insurance clients

Data analysis, manuscript writing & grant proposal coordination

- Coordination of the scientific and educational programme of the annual congress ECCMID (approx. 13,000 participants)- Support of the executive committee and relevant subcommittees in all organisational matters (including planning and minuting of meetings and assemblies)- Strategy and policy development (including participation at moderated strategy meetings)- Project management and monitoring of funding schemes, scientific studies and projects, internal development of new programme offerings and digital tools for internal and external use- Coordination of 30 scientific expert groups (including annual evaluation, maintenance of websites, communications support, membership/board management and recruitment, budget support/allocation)- Coordination of strategic alliances with international partners e.g. including the World Health Organization or the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control
