My current function is process manager at COO Finance Financial Accounting. This function is multidisciplinary; I have (had) the roles of product owner, problem & incident manager, project manager of minor changes, business analyst and project employee.In 2016 I was the product owner for the Closing Analysis and Reporting Tool (CART).CART is a facility that can be used by the business CFO`s, Accounting departments and the Prudential & Statistical reporting department to help them validate the financial figures in the monthly closing process. As a product owner I prioritized the backlog, aligned with the stakeholders about their requirements, provided sprint goals and feedback to the Scrum-team and reported to management.

Personal leadership is the essence of good management and is strengthened with aspects as connected leadership, external orientation, craftsmanship and process management. ORMIT has a network of more than 50 top organisations – the so-called participants. In the 32 months that I worked for ORMIT, I performed different projects for ASML and ABN AMRO Bank. To develop managers with leadership qualities, ORMIT evolved a complete program that consists, besides the projects, of training, coaching and intervision. The management development program greatly contributed to the development of my personal competences.

In 2007 I started working as a Government Trainee / Rijkstrainee. The Government Trainee Program looks for results-oriented and social responsible graduate students with a Master’s Degree. During the 2-year Program I had extensive training on policy development, politics and team effectiveness. I focused on providing energy security while working as a policy advisor for the Ministry of Economic Affairs. For example by preparing the minister and director-general their meetings with ministers of oil-producing countries like Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan. I also coordinated a study visit of the International Energy Agency to the Netherlands for their policy review.During my secondment to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs I worked as a country officer and provided the director-general with relevant information about the economic and political developments in Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Australia and New-Zeeland.
