Additionally, I led a project to deploy IP Softphones to over 50 individual sites, on time and at budget, leading the way for the entire organization to migrate to the technology.Specific Reporting & Analytic ExperienceI have over 5 years of experience developing complex reports using various statistical models to glean business insights. Furthermore, I have built, maintained and executed all reporting needs for the Aimco Contact Center. This included developing the automation to deliver daily, weekly and monthly KPI, financial and execution reports. It involved consolidating data from SQL databases, SharePoint sites, Essbase and various other enterprise applications for over 80 individual reports.
