Monitor logistics personnel to ensure guidelines and procedures are followed on daily exportation of material. Key Achievements- Contributed to increase customer level of service from 83% to 97% - Accomplish to reduce the material on loan inventory from 125 units average to 25 in a weekly basic. - Reduced distribution cost in 25% in Mexico by implementing a dedicated delivery truck. - Improved the Backlog orders by 10% in coordination with our planer to have better inventory stock.- Helped to move to a different system from Clarify System to Network Tracker in the organization.
