My primary responsibility is managing the Airtel Nigeria Nationwide Enterprise Project overseeing 85 resources including all outsourced staff and field teams as well as maintaining the Aviat Nigeria NOC processes and procedures.Additionally, I am responsible for providing expert knowledge on key Customer projects and the resolution of problems and issues. I also review and examine business processes and systems, model data, organize activities and develop business strategies for managed projects.As part of our accomplishments, we successfully delivered 6 major projects generating 0ver $12 million to the company including the Microwave Support Maintenance Level Agreement between Aviat and Airtel Nigeria on all Aviat microwave equipment on the Network.► March 2013 - December 2015 - Acting Service Delivery Manager. One of my key responsibilities was the management and maintenance of the Enterprise NOC processes and procedures. I also prepared and delivered technical presentations, reports, and briefings on new products and networks for Customer review. Additionally, I managed business expectations and assisted in the understanding of the process for both implementations and support.
