Understand the Accounts Payable system and learn the structure of the general ledger account numbers used when inputting invoices. 9. File invoices and check register vouchers.10. Assist with audit responsibilities at fiscal year end.11. Assist with small bank reconciliations.12. Assist with other projects as needed.13. Maintain confidentiality.
