I hold the Commercial and Residential Statewide Swimming Pool construction license for the company. I also personally supervised the all aspects of new construction along with the many pool and deck repair projects. With My Sound Advice background we are automating pools and waterfalls, by using specialized equipment and motorized valves we can link your pool equipment to your laptop or PDA. With today’s technology you can visit your pool, change the water temperature, start the spa, turn on lights/music anywhere you can get and internet connection. I attained my state license in 2005 and have been constructing swimming pools in the state of Florida.I have also developed a comprehensive multi facet bid program for use when biding large projects. The Excel program calculates cost, materials and labor to give me an advantage over companies that bid blind. The process has direct links to a proposal feature with reports that virtually eliminate errors and ultimately lower pool cost to our customers.

Responsible for long and short term logistical planning and the day to day operations of the In Home Services and Distribution departments with a staff of over 70 team members including 10 managers. Directed and created all aspects of the design, construction and layout of a 120,000 sq ft distribution center, service and corporate office facility saving “THOUSANDS” in architectural fees. Managed the logistics of security, teardown, transportation, setup, restocking and moving of four major departments without downtime. This included a service department with over 44,000 annual service calls, a custom installation department and home delivery operation with over 200 installations per day and the distribution center holding over ten million dollars of inventory. Designed the logistics, offices, storage layouts, and coordinated the construction and setup of over sixty retail store back operations for our custom installation hubs throughout the country. Developed, reviewed, and implemented policies and procedures for the In Home Services department.
