My name is Henry, and I am a graduate from the Tippie College of Business within the University of Iowa. I studied in Finance to receive my BBA, and graduated with distinction. Before the University of Iowa, I received my Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. While pursuing my Associates degree, I worked as an Operations Manager at FedEx Ground. This position helped me decide to change courses and pursue a business degree. I have worked in logistics ever since my high school graduation in 2019, and I still currently work among the industry. Now after receiving my BBA from Tippie, I am seeking to pursue a career in the Real Estate industry as I have natural aptitudes in the field, and an ever-growing passion for it.My most valuable asset is my communicative abilities. This is why Real Estate is the industry I chose to pursue. Throughout my years as both a student and a business professional, I have done an excellent job building firm working relationships with peers and co-workers. Whether it be a group project at school, or a meeting at work, I've always done a fantastic job of understanding the value trade-offs that happen in business communication, and how to maneuver the uncertain nature of it. Aside from my soft skills, I do have the necessary technical knowledge to be dangerous in the world of business. Essentially all of my work at school and in profession, involved the use of Excel. This is a backbone in finance as of now, and I certainly am well-versed in the software. Alongside the basic MS Office Suite, I also am familiar with programs like ARGUS for real estate, SQL, R in Finance, Python, SAP, MS Power BI, and numerous others in which we used in my undergraduate schooling.
