True North is a $1B private equity firm solely focused on opportunistic real estate investments. Specific duties include acquisition and asset management of 9 properties with an initial value of $135MM as well as asset management of an additional $83.7MM of real estate equity and debt investments in the following asset classes: office, conventional apartments and specialty housing across the United States.

Developed a portfolio of real estate loans secured by a variety of property types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotel and mixed use assets. Loans consisted of construction, bridge, permanent facilities and corporate lines of credit. Clients consisted of REIT's, private equity funds and owner/operators.
