This enables management accountants in the divisions to focus on operational analysis and performance

This involves de-registration, finalisation of NZ tax issues and final lodgement to all relevant regulatory bodies• Provided a point of contact for external end of year audit resulting in a improvement from 4-5 management points in 2002 to minor points in 2004 and thereafter maintaining this level of audit report• Conduct full financial due diligence on another tier one automotive supplier with revenue of $25 million• Provides accurate monthly and weekly cashflow forecast resulting in interest saving for MCK and more importantly ensuring that MCK meets its banking covenant• Key role in further improving Plexicor’s current IT technology and enhancing current SAP platform. The finance team improves its month end reporting from initial 3 days to 1 day. Utilised SAP profit centre modules to report Plexicor’s cash generating units more effectively
