This $6.5MM project was completed in a fast-tracked 5 month schedule. Scope of work included demolition, interior partitions, millwork, painting, flooring, ceilings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low voltage, audio visual and security.

Henry also oversaw the day-to-day operations onsite, getting all MEP systems started and functioning properly, as well as maintaining the schedule, while handling all coordination with the subcontractors and continuously verifying quality control and he met with the owner on a daily basis.Riverside Elementary, San Antonio, TXLead superintendent of a $7.4M new construction/renovation elementary school. Henry is currently running the renovation for the 12,439 SF main office on this project. The main office has 11 offices for staff, four restrooms, a special-ed class, and an MDF room. The miscellaneous metals package is our most difficult package that is on the dunnhumby project, so he constantly meets with the subs weekly. Henry coordinates with the site work subcontractors and the City of Cincinnati.Sycamore Community School District, Mapledale Elementary, Cincinnati, OHTurner is providing CM services for the Sycamore Community School District. Phase 5 is a new Maple Dale Elementary on the same property as the current school for 500 PreK through fourth-grade students (This accommodates the relocation of the district’s preschool program from Symmes Elementary). Henry was the superintendent on this project.Princeton City Schools Middle School & High School Expansion, Cincinnati, OHAssistant Superintendent of a $130M, 518,000 SF new combination high school & middle school, expanding the District’s existing middle school campus. The new facility includes academic and lab classrooms, shared kitchen and dining facilities, a new theater and auditorium, arena style gymnasium, and natatorium.
