Report internal control issues to management and supply comprehensive recommendations to mitigate the associated risks.• Support the department’s leaders of the group by providing cost reports and by preparing the budget.• Assist subsidiaries on accounting and controlling matters by providing advice and recommendations in relation to IFRS standards.• Develop and improve the intragroup debt reporting and reconciliation process as well as supporting the group treasury in their monthly reporting. Support refinancing process of the group and organize the execution in the statutory reporting (€1.3Bn debt refinancing).• Responsible for the preparation and review of the valuation and impairment process of the group subsidiaries in accordance with IFRS 36 and Swiss GAAP (two successive acquisitions of a €600m turnover group and a €200m subsidiary). Key contact for tax consultants and lawyers.• Address, discuss and advance conclusions in respect of findings identified during the merger and acquisition of new entities, that could have an impact on the statutory financial reporting (Swiss law and Swiss GAAP). • Responsible for the management and license fee calculation as well as invoicing. Develop and implement new calculations procedures to improve compliance with tax authorities.
