Henry is a senior consultant among the first cohort joined the Deloitte Adelaide's Centre For Innovation and Technology team. As part of ETP’s Technology, Strategy & Transformation practice, Henry has been involved in ServiceNow implementation, testing and agile development for the past years. He has experience in ITSM, CSM process, building custom application, service catalog, process automation such as flow and playbook, integration, portal and widget scripting, as well as instance data replication. Henry also has a background of electrical and electronic engineering, his previous technical experience with Deloitte has made him familiar with different industries such as education, IT strategy and gaming services. He is keen to further expand his skill set in client engagement and customer relationship management.Outside work, you could find him in outdoor settings including rock climbing, soccer, band performing, snowboarding, camping, skydiving and scuba diving.
