Henry Chen is a Junior at Elon University at Harrison Street. Colleagues describe him as "I managed Henry during his 12-week summer internship at JUMP Investors. At JUMP Investors, we teach something called "FILO" – which means "First In, Last Out" and Henry was the perfect model of this throughout the summer. Henry consistently beat everyone to the office, stayed late even when not needed, and had an exceptional attitude about the work he was doing – big or small.
