- I managed the deployment pipeline for our client's internal experimentation tool, aligning closely with stakeholders to grasp the business objectives for accurate experiment implementation. I spearheaded over 40 AB testing campaigns, resulting in a lift of 0.5% to 2.2% in ARPU and reducing churn by 3.2%.- I also conducted a simulation for an additional insurance product, generating a substantial revenue of $600,000, and took the initiative to present these results to a broad stakeholder audience. - On the technical side, I was responsible for maintaining and advancing custom (mostly python) ETL and CRUD pipelines crucial for automated reporting and data migrations, ensuring seamless data interactions between MySQL, Vertica, and various other tools. - Another project for a client was forecasting future volume of their core offering, my continuous efforts led to a 2.5% MAPE improvement in our demand forecasting model. For this same client, I was instrumental in developing a comprehensive multi-touch attribution model for the marketing team, utilizing HubSpot CRM data to pinpoint key lead sources and best contacts to target, thereby optimizing our marketing funnel and campaign strategies.
