Henry Scott has been a successful Project Manager at Wachs Water Services overseeing projects related to unidirectional flushing, valve assessments and rehabilitation, as well as leak detection projects. Mr. Scott also acted as a supervisor for many years in our Baltimore, MD program and is considered that programs the leak detection expert. Mr. Scott has also served as the project manager for several leak detection programs.
