Multi-Platform Radar Technology Insertion Program • Conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing to facilitate the sustainment phase of the RQ-4 Global Hawk radar system life cycle through system, module, and component level testing on Digital-Receiver modules, Radar Processors, and Receiver-Exciters to meet customer requirements• Perform tuning of Digital-Receiver Modules to ensure that Narrowband and Wideband tests are within the range specified by Acceptance Requirements• Exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate the feasibility of cannibalizing parts from Digital-Receiver modules or investing effort in fixing them, while ensuring adherence to established financial and time constraints•Exhibit effective leadership acumen by assuming the role of Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Board Chair and monitoring the progress of assigned action items for individual ISSOs• Revise and perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and Data Collection Plans (DCP) for the sell-off of Unit Under Test (UUT) in timely manner, resulting in cost savings of over $200,000• Strategically manage human and information resources to achieve common goals by developing an Integrations and Testing Essential Skills guide, establishing a standardized training framework for lab technicians• Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctions related to Special Test Equipment (STE) encompassing Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Waveform Generators, and Power Supplies, and effectively resolve any issues that arise• Support data collection efforts for the data analysis team through the use of various tools and techniques• Test software builds to ensure efficacy in the radar system through the use of various testing methods and frameworks• Utilize Unix Operating System to simulate various modes, including Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI), Spot, Swath, and Maritime Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (MISAR)
