Program Analyst
CurrentTrum plays a pivotal role in the success of all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Ground Based Navigation Aid (GBNA) programs, particularly the Instrument Landing System (ILS) Program. His support spans the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition and logistics to program planning and contract writing. He is instrumental in preparing and analyzing program-related data, reviewing project statuses, and preparing analytical reports. His detailed project status reports for internal and external stakeholders ensure that every project request, approval, and progress is meticulously monitored and tracked.Trum's technical skills are evident in his regular completion of data analytics reports using Microsoft PowerBi. These reports are instrumental in supporting project budgeting and planning.He regularly travels to different Service Areas and project sites with the ILS Program Lead to coordinate with local staff, field personnel, and vendors. Prior to traveling, he prepares materials for program briefings and presentations, drafts memos, and develops technical documentation in response to industry and congressional inquiries.He coordinates, schedules, and supports program meetings, coordinates between the FAA Headquarters and regional office personnel, and conducts program and project control processes.
