Working for the council has gave me more team leading skills managing 2-4 loaders on my wagon. Self-explanatory for the job itself but has gave me more experience with class 2 and very tight spaces. Along with keeping to time schedules, Health and Safety on and off the wagon and Tipping/unloading on various sites.

Working for Barker and Stonehouse I have learnt new skills and techniques. Some of which are dealing with customers everyday as part of delivering furniture. Others include planning routes and keeping to timings that we have put in the day before for the current days' work. Driving different routes in different towns and villages. So, from this job I have gained more planning skills and added more to my knowledge of dealing with customers face to face.

Royal Artillery, Newcastle Upon TyneMy Job role within the Army was a 432 Bulldog Driver which is a 16 tonne Command post Armoured vehicle used for transporting other soldiers and communication equipment. Being in this job role I had to maintain the vehicle and the communication equipment belonging to the vehicle. This included meeting deadlines and work hard and long hours to make sure it was at a serviceable fighting condition. Alongside my main role I had other duties such as guard duties and all other simple jobs that they could find. All completed in a professional manner. Completing the above roles included managing others working with me to complete the job and also take further orders from my commanding ranks. All in all I have adapted to working long and hard hours, early mornings and late nights on the job, and I am more than willing to take orders and complete the job professionally
