Full stack understanding of mobile and fixed network, wireless and copper/fiber evolution.- Account management with proven records, capture the business opportunity from solution evolution/pain points, fulfil with development and delivery.- End to end cross domain project management experience, from pre-sales to R&D and solution implementation, together with team management.- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organization, time management skills.- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.- Rich experience of analyzing and troubleshooting complex system, familiar with training and knowledge transferring.
