Henry Frey, a seasoned professional in the construction industry, has four decades of experience. As a third-generation expert in the sheet metal and steel sector, his passion for construction was evident from a young age, finding his calling by age eight.Henry's journey with Frey-Moss Structures (FMS) began in 1992, where he contributed to the construction of the company’s inaugural plant. He honed his skills in various departments, including six years in sheet metal fabrication, four years as a certified welder in steel fabrication, and six years as a building assembler. He further expanded his expertise during nine years in field erection, obtaining crane certification, followed by three years specializing in the delivery of oversized modular units, earning his Class A with endorsements.His versatility led to diverse roles within FMS, including two years in purchasing and three years in engineering, playing a pivotal role in establishing the West Coast plant. He then served as the West Coast Field Supervisor and later as the General Manager, each for three years.Henry's ambition propelled him to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Fort Worth TX division, where he served for two years before taking on international projects as a field supervisor in the Caribbean and Central America for three years.As the Founder and CEO of National Site Services, a national facilities maintenance company, for 13 years, Henry showcased his entrepreneurial spirit, specializing in rebranding, large interior remodeling, marketing program rollouts, and delivering tens of thousands of repairs for the commercial retail industry.Currently, as the COO of FMS, Henry oversees all operational and financial functions of the company, a role he has excelled in for the past four years. His wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to excellence continues to drive FMS towards new heights of success under his leadership.
