• Provide consistent professional spa massage, facial and body treatments compliant with spa protocols and accepted documentation practices.• Performs massage therapy and touch modalities, which include Deep Tissue, Sport, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Prenatal and Reflexology.• Conducts massage consultations, recommends stretches for clients at home maintenance, and provides guidance and wellness advice to clients.• Teach people various yoga postures (positions). Teach controlled breathing, meditation and visualization.• Handle guests’ queries and concerns efficiently and politely.• Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures• Provide exact, suitable and instant responses to all requests by guests• Possess the aptitude to work with no direct supervision• Maintain a constructive attitude and add toward a quality work environment• Regularly present at, take part in and support training and staff meetings for the spa• Help in all areas of spa operation as requested by organization• Perform work, correctly clean and restock room as necessary• Communicate to administration any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that need concentration• Actively support the spa, treatments, services and retail, in addition to programs, promotions and/or discounts obtainable• Converse to management any and all occurrences connecting staff or guests in the spa that require notice• Efficiently inform and teach guests concerning specific wellness concerns• Be supple with schedule, at the bottom of the needs of the spa• Properly care for tools and use proper amounts of manufactured goods to assist with cost controls

• Be able to carry out all treatments offered on the core treatment list and any promotions on offer at any given time.• Responsible for keeping up the high standard of treatment and service.• Schedule new appointments and answer all calls that come into the spa. • Assist seniors in administering aesthetic procedures on customers. • Perform skin analysis and provide beauty advice, pre and post treatment advice to customers. • Attend to customers’ requests and enquiries when necessary.• Ensure equipment and treatment rooms are well-maintained • Answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking accurate messages, greeting customers, cashiering, giving tours of the spa facility and scheduling appointments.• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Delivers spa treatments and techniques; massage, body scrubs, body wraps, therapeutic baths.• Promote a sense of well being and other therapeutic benefits for their clients.• Ensure do everything to help make the environment of the guest as relaxing and serene as possible.• Conducts massage therapy and massage modalities as listed in the Spa brochure and Spa Menu.• Knowledgeable on services and products available in the spa in order to make recommendations to clients as appropriate.• I occasionally perform reception duties e.g. answer phone, book appointments, ring up customers, etc.

• Attending the needs of guests and keeping the spa clean throughout the day.• Handled the responsibilities of providing massage services to clients by using appropriate, safe and effective techniques.• Greet guests; provide towels, robes and refreshments; and sometimes set appointments and answer phones. • Make sure the locker room and waiting room are kept clean and take used towels and robes to the laundry.• Maintain cleanliness like sweeping, mopping, and interior window cleaning.• Weekly attending training for the spa treatment.• Making an inventory of spa amenities.
