Spearheaded the successful deployment of Packsize Corrugate system, optimized packaging processes, and reduced material waste through on-demand box customization. Built network models utilizing Llamasoft to optimize the Pepsi Equipment Services Supply Chain, by consolidating 8 locations into 3 with an expected cost savings of $135M over 10 years with a 41.7% internal rate of return. Assigned lead role of a project group that worked cross functionally with field teams located in the Central, Eastern, Southern US and Canada to develop the proposal and presentation delivered by Vice President and Senior Director Go-To-Market to the Capital Committee, ultimately receiving CFO and CEO sign off. Piloted Grayhawk Franchise Services to leverage economies of scale to gain market share, reduce waste, and create more influence over franchise bottlers.

Managed a team dedicated to providing Pepsi Equipment Services with accurate Parts Detail and Forecasts using Tableau Visualization to drive down costs, completed a $2M inventory reduction, and improved internal processes through Automation. Implemented Robotic Process Automation to improve internal processes supporting Supplier Invoices and Accounts Payable, driving a 20% increase in productivity. Led the Pepsi Equipment Services Parts Lean Six Sigma training and projects, accounting for $100K in reduction while improving employees’ skills. Member of the Global Essential Supplies team, working with PepsiCo executives to provide over 40,000,000 units of masks, gloves, and sanitizer to ensure safety for our frontline workers, vendors, and customers during the Covid Pandemic.

Generated $225K in productivity boosts, reduced $150K in unnecessary parts, decreased lead times by 30% and improved customer satisfaction. Completed Green Belt Six Sigma to restructure National Supply Chain for National Accounts and created a centralized system to provide a more customer centric focus. Restructured financial reports to better forecast Parts Spend and highlight key drivers to improve visibility and corrections.

Designed a new proprietary optimization tool using VBA to help maximize trailer capacity which helped reduce lead times and improve installation rates upon implementation. Established a new report that provided clarity on service call diagnosis, and member of a Lean Six Sigma cross-division task force to mitigate service call generation. Completed the Kaizen Leader Six Sigma working with cross-functional team to reduce service calls by 10%, further reducing costs by $20K. Worked closely with a cross-functional team to develop, pilot, and change manage a new application to create a more productive, efficient, and digital PES function.
