My name is Henry Grill, I am a graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double minor in Sales and Economics. I was born and raised just west of Boston in Arlington, Massachusetts and I love everything to do with Boston that is sports-related.I grew up a four-season athlete, playing football in the fall, hockey and basketball in the winter, and baseball in the spring and summer. Having this background has taught me to overcome adversity as well as to know how to best adapt to sudden changes in a team setting.Having a lot of experience being on a team has also helped me develop my communication skills, which is something I value because I can effectively help dissolve a situation whenever conflict arises. It also has made me understand the value of making everyone feel represented, even if they aren’t the stars of the show.One thing that I have recently taken pride in is my planning and executive functioning abilities. I used to complete tasks based on my memory and I got by fine, but I often found myself feeling as though I wasn’t doing enough, and my lack of organization often led me to feel stressed. I now have a multi-step process for completing tasks and it has brought me a lot of clarity throughout the day.I am looking to use these skills to help complete tasks in a timely and diligent manner and I want to push my peers so that we can achieve a common goal and accelerate the production of the company. Having an environment like this is extremely important to me because I want to take pride in my work and in the company that I work for.
