HHawthorne Industrial Consulting, an ebusiness/business consulting firm was established on the belief that there exists a critical need for "packaging organizations" to advance the "state of the art" of business development/packaging for aspiring entrepreneurs. This site is designed to provide realistic reference tools and resources for individuals interested in becoming successful entrepreneurs. Management assistance and financial resources are two of the more critical facets of business packaging/development that is usually lacking in new enterprises. Though varying in our organization and technique, we share the common objective of helping to create healthy businesses that characterize a wholesome community. Business packaging/development is still a relatively new endeavor.The long-established business development process consists of many variations on a basic theme. It is a process whereby business opportunities, capital, and know how are brought together for the benefit of entrepreneur/operators by providing a maximum input of technical assistance and involvement of resources in order to produce a plan for a viable business opportunity.

Transportation business

Director of Training for a H.U.D. sponsored small business training and development program in an Economic Development Enterprise Zone. This federally sponsored program assisted new and existing small businesses in developing sound business plans and marketing programs. This project, called "BIZTRAIN" was instrumental in creating new businesses and expanding existing businesses in an economically depressed enterprise zone. I was responsible for hiring credentialed instructors and part of the loan committee that financed some of these businesses.
