CTO线重点专项 – 落实管理层重点横向战役，提升产品力- 重点横向项目推动，包括产品体验提升专项、云栖大会话题设计、产品重点治理专项等- CTO重要材料撰写，包括年度述职材料，年度/半年度规划，重大产品发布等

Role & Responsibility:1. Assist strategy GM to develop the strategy for Fosun healthcare holdings and each BU (lead medical service group and health insurance group) and participate in the corresponding budget development, organization development.2. Responsible for market research, policy and competitor analysis and report development3. Help to assess the overseas investment project and its go-to-China strategy development4. Responsible for the strategy implementation from Fosun Group and cross-function communicationMajor Achievements:o Complete the 10 year strategic planning for Health Insurance and Health Management Group and Overseas Medical Service Group, and in charge of the regular iteration. Working as PMO to manage the strategy development for 5 core subsidiaries from the two groups.o Complete the benchmark analysis for Health Insurance and Health Management Group, Overseas Medical Service Group, Global Investment Team and assist HR the top level design and organization development.o Complete the research and report for insur-tech, tele-medicine and new-retail, help to develop the go-to-China market for one invested company from overseas.o Assist the strategic planning for clinic chain, and participate in the first self-built clinic. (will go-live on May)o Assist the commercial Due Diligence for one health insurance M&A project overseas (~3 bn USD), incl. the research of local macro-situation, health insurance market and competitive landscape.
