Based on my own experiences in the outdoor industry, I wanted to share this knowledge with anyone who wants more from their skiing journey. Full to the brim with advice, inspiration and guidance, my blog gives you the keys to help you unlock skiing.

Leading information research and dissemination for the Ski Club of Great Britain, the UK's oldest and largest snowsports membership organisation dedicated to helping Members discover better skiing. My work enables and runs an important member benefit in and of itself, alongside delivering exceptional service and assistance to members across a variety of channels and platforms, and working closely to support our Marketing, Memberships, and Holidays teams throughout the year.I am particularly proud of the work I did to support the Club and its Members in: - Working tireless to keep Members and the wider skiing public up-to-date with ever-changing COVID-19 restrictions during the 2021/22 winter season, researching and publishing information on our website, holiday itineraries and responding to ad hoc enquiries; my work directly enabled 10% of the UK skiing market to ski during this difficulty period.- Developing extensive experience with Wordpress as I led the team the Ski Club team in populating a brand new website with our extensive content, covering over 100 main pages and around 500 subsidiary pages - Acting as Sustainability Lead for the Club, pioneering initiatives to spread information and advice on skiing sustainably, working with partners to achieve this, and co-ordinating development of the Ski Club's sustainability policy. - Contributing extensively to the Ski Club's magazine, Ski+board, with news, reviews, interviews and features - Supporting the Club's extensive and diverse marketing with copy writing for a range of platforms, both physical and digital - Leading the Ski Club's presence at the annual SIGB Ski Test I hold membership to American Avalanche Association (AAA) to continue my ongoing professional learning and development surrounding avalanche understanding, risk, and prevention.

Representing the Club as the first point of contact for current & future members, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Club through effective administration of the department, including e-mail contact, payments administration and website maintenance. Further responsibilities assumed include conducting analysis and overhaul of Club's web engagement and producing Club communications via e-mail, website, magazine and brochures.

Utilising physical and digital archival resources to offer research work for clients interested in their family's military service, mostly focused on WWI, understanding and delivering on client needs and offering comprehensive final reports for clients.

Delivering exceptional customer service for a range of domestic and international customers, displaying a wealth of brand, product and technological knowledge to complete sales and offer solutions to client's needs. Handling telephone/e-mail clients as appropriate, and offering support for warranty/return issues. Key brand ambassador owing to solitary nature of European flagship store.
