Hi there! It's Henry here :)I've been working as a customer service executive for almost 3 years now and i like what i did! I enjoyed every encounters with my customers and feels great when i assist them to solve their problems. I am able to introduce my customers appropriate products to help them with what they need and most of the time, they would accept my recommendations and give the products a try. I can be persuasive and compassionate at the same time. Customers trust me and i have been building good reputation since the beginning of my work.Being tech-savvy has been quite helpful when i'm working, as i have basic knowledge and love to update myself with all the latest technologies, such as the latest smart phones and gadgets. When customer with less experience on smart devices, they would always come to me for help. For example, helping customer to unblock pop-ups when they are trying to make payment online, or trying using chrome/ safari browser to login to a certain website. I am always patient and compassion when teaching customers on new products knowledge, as i understands that every individual has their own learning curve. Other than assisting customers with their inquiries, i am also helping my company to design various posters for our campaign. This is where my basic Adobe Illustrator knowledge kicks in. Stock-taking and preparing daily report are also part of my work spec which helps me to build up my working experience. Because of my knowledge and communication skills, I am appointed as a consultant which requires me to work abroad in major events.
