Working at StudyLA has exposed me to many different projects, skills, and experiences so far! I have learned to think proactively, prepare myself for any curveball thrown my way, and work and collaborate with my team members and undergraduate students.I work closely with the research associate to formulate survey questions, design databases, analyze results, and produce reports. To do this, I utilize STATA, LaTeX, Notepad++, and Python Scripts to build data brief reports of more than 2,000 respondents (depending on the survey) to include question top-lines, crosstabs, and demographics of the respondent data. Additionally, I mentor student research as well as lecturing university courses within the realm of California politics and research projects
