1. Management Control1) Develops financial management system and accounting procedures and assures its implementation.2) Ensures that the Company complies with tax regulations and internal control to assure the financial integrity of the Company.3) Assures the timely, accurate and relevant financial statements reporting to government agencies, and other reports for internal and external use.4) Ensures the efficient and effective tax planning. 5) Analyzes and discusses reports regarding the Company’s performance. 6) Takes charge of the Company funds. Supervises the treasury and ensures cash liquidity. 7) Ensures that the financial and management information system are efficient and compatible with one another to provide the necessary information required by the Company on a timely basis.8) Prepares the Company’s overall budget based on the budgets submitted by the different departments.9) Motivates and supervises personnel in the Accounting and Treasury department. 10) Participates in the design and operation of other systems that are used in operations. 11) Provides corporate support services for the Company’s administrative and operational requirements.12) Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time. 2. Housekeeping1) Ensure cleanliness ad orderliness of work area, office equipment, facilities and amenities. 2) Ensure compliance with safety and security of documents held in trust by the division. 。3. Human Resources management1) Ensure the correct and timely implementation of management information dissemination, reporting and feedback mechanism in aid of crisis management.2) Ensures the proper orientation and training of all new hires and proper development of all line and staff subordinates.3) Monitors and/or evaluates the performance of all subordinates directly under him.4) Work with HR dept to select the right employees to make up the vacancy.
