General Supply Specialist/Industrial Specialist: Serve as a general supply specialist for the Advanced Design and Manufacturing (ADM) Division, a Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) for the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center. In this role, I support the PIF in developing military hardened Chemical Biological Defense Systems and components for military systems. Inventory liaison responsible for the planning, organization, coordination of the inventory for project work being completed within ADM. Also serve as the subject matter expert and advisor on requisitioning, reviewing, inspecting, shipping, receiving, storing, issuing and disposal of materials. This position also encompasses the operation and control of the tool crib for ADM. Well versed in the use of ADM’s Project Financial Management (PFM) software. This software is used within ADM to track time, purchases, work orders, travel, as well as the coordination and management of project financial data.

Quality Assurance Inspector: Surveillance of Quality Control activities during manufacturing processes. Oversee procedures and assess the functional acceptance testing of Military materials and equipment for compliance of contractual requirements. GOVERNMENT PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR: In charge of controlling and managing government furnished property. (Certified Professional Property Specialist) Knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies, procedures, or other instructions related to supply management. Skill in using one or more automated supply data bases to enter, correct, and retrieve recurring reports and to structure new reports. Maintain files and prepare needed forms for supply transactions. Responsibility for applying and adapting established supply policies, regulations, or procedures. MATERIAL CONTROL SUPERVISOR: Perform quality inspections, audit checks, and tests for all aspects of material, parts and equipment to ensure conformity with design specifications and operational standards. Responsible for surveillance of quality control operations. Operate and transport Government equipment and vehicles (CDL License needed) for in and out of state deliveries. Ability to interpret instructions, specifications, etc. related to mobile equipment operations. Ability to drive safely (motor vehicles). Ability to operate safely (non-motor vehicles). Reliability and dependability as a Motor Vehicle Operator. Member of the safety committee. INVENTORY MANAGER: Coordinate inventory activities of Military Equipment totaling over 100 million dollars to our Warehouse and other departments including purchasing, financial and project support. Responsible for accurate accounting of secured government contracted inventories, i.e. shelf life, serial and lot number tracking, and calibrations while utilizing U.I.D. and R.F.I.D equipment. Managed the PFPA (Pentagon Force Protection Agency) Project for Mission Ready Deployment.
