My summer project revolved around diving into the intricacies of the team's internal database. My mission was clear: uncover ways to elevate its functionality for all users. Through thorough investigation and analysis, I unearthed a game-changing solution that redefined the platform's foundation. This enhancement serves as a springboard for future automation, poised to save the team a remarkable 2,430 labor hours annually. With demand expected to soar in coming years. I successfully completed the project well ahead of schedule. This achievement provided me with additional time to further sharpen my skills. The team's subsequent training empowered me to integrate seamlessly into their operations, taking on direct charge work for one of our valued customers. This hands-on experience not only expanded my knowledge but also equipped me with the insights needed to enhance my project even further.

Led the team to its best result in a decade, 8th in aircraft performance and 11th overall in the AIAA Design Build Fly competition.As project manager I built a road map, deadlines and execution plan to lead the team to success in the Design Build Fly competition. Allocated our budget of $32,500 to build our club, team, travel, and upgrading our equipment. I managed our inventory and procurement of composites and aircraft components to ensure the team had the necessary materials to accomplish their key objectives.At the end of my term I prepared the club for a hand over to the next project manager (my successor) by securing $12,000 for the fall of 2023’s team to use to aid them in staying on schedule and aiding in procurement of needed items.

I joined Design, Build, Fly as a member back in August of 2021. I quickly rose to an officer position through remodeling our internal communications around the team to better optimize the spread of information from one team to another within DBF. Since October, I have gotten the role of Director of Communications and was the main driver in acquiring sponsors for our 2022 competition year team. As of January of 2022 I have brought in $20,000 dollars to our team whether from our sponsorship packet or working on getting funding from San Diego State University. As of January of 2022 I am currently working on gathering more sponsors for our team and strengthening our relations with our existing and new sponsors.

At Aztec Racing Formula SAE I am apart of the business team assisting with gaining sponsorship and our business development plan. As apart of the Business Team at Aztec Racing I am on a team working to develop our business plan and strategy to keep track of expenses and make a mock business selling our cars to customers around the country. For the sponsorship side of AR I am helping construct our sponsorship packet for this upcoming competition.

I was voted on the board of directors at LNFC in February of 2019 in our annual election and tasked with taking minutes from general and board member meetings. I also had responsibilities in voting on club decisions and assisted our mechanics in repairs of our aircraft. On the side of being club secretary I made a website to assist in promoting the club to gain more members to give the club another way to grow and get a wider presence around NAS Lemoore.
