I remember cooking was never a career to pursue until I joined my brother in the hospitality sector(Coco lounge restaurant). I started as kitchen porter early January 2018. Those days it was very hard for a kitchen Porter be grated promotion to cook. I was dedicated and committed,punctual and hardworking,respectful and good communication because I needed promotion to join the fire. Looking at the culinary skill and perfection that cooks put in to bring out a hygienic food was very interesting. I decided to learn by being a good servant to the best cooks and reading cook books online. April 2018, I was promoted as assistant cook. Helping the cooks and assisting them got me a better place to be. I’ve learnt a lot and I still want to go out there and show the same energy I put in back then to learn more so that I became an entrepreneur one day. Thank you.
