• Over all Review APAC 12 Countries Financial plan, Internal & External loan facility review, cash flow forecast, dividend payment, tax and Legal the latest policy, etc. • expand and maintain all existing supply chain programs & dealer finance in APAC; • innovatively structure and launch new programs to deliver sales growth develop Financial Plan for all countries of the relevant sub-region and follow-up on action points identified; • arrange subsidiary financing with a clear goal to optimize capital structure of subsidiaries in the designated sub-region; • advise on and assure adherence to local foreign exchange regulations and Philips Treasury Guidelines;• advise/administrate financial and credit risk management to assure that all risks are addressed and properly managed with the support of Risk Consultant(s);• implement Credit Risk Policy with the aim to create value than loosing value;• provide treasury support and advise to M&A and divestment projects;• Develop, implement and in some cases, optimize sales financing solutions/programs.• Provide training to new team members and other subsidiary
