In 2015, I founded the DreamWeaver Foundation, a non-profit organisation that focuses on uplifting the lives of people who come in conflict with the law in Malawi. The organization supports prisons in the country to address the various socio-economic challenges that prisoners face while in prison and after being released. The organisation strives to ensure that prisoners, at the very least, retain a modicum of their human rights, especially the right to quality healthcare services, food security, and education and training opportunities.My role at DreamWeaver Foundation is to coordinate the organisation's various programs, fulfil the organisation's mission and meet the goals and requirements of our grant-making partners, to whom we are forever grateful for their kind and generous support over the years.On a day-to-day basis, I am responsible for project management, implementation and monitoring, resource mobilization including writing funding proposals, the cultivation of relationships with community partners, and the preparation and submission of project reports to the board and our grant-making partners.
