Provide feedback to University staff regarding the experience of students in my year on my course (approx. 190) as part of team of 8 reps. This feedback is used to shape teaching, assessments, department and School-level communication, as well as other activities at a programme and department level.

Responsible for reviewing audit reports to ensure they meet the high standard expected from the company, as well as assigning audits to ensure deadlines and cost expectations are met. Am also responsible for communication with auditors, including audit follow-ups and clarifying audit procedure.

This role involved me conducting detailed surveys of a broad range of businesses, mostly concentrated in the retail and gambling sectors, to check compliance with relevant age-restriction legislation. The role required significant attention to detail to ensure report accuracy, along with organisation skills to be able to successfully complete all audits to a deadline.
