Work with campers to increase sailing abilities amongst all ages to gain experience working with people of all ages. Proactively fixed sailboats while maintaining a learning attitude in order to achieve the best work possible. Gained leadership skills while helping manage operations at the sailing section of Camp Don Lee.

Helped facilitate the golf course operations on weekends to achieve practice in management skills. Kept the outside of the clubhouse clean of leaves and debris to appeal to the general public and to obtain experience in workplace presentability. Washed and displayed golf carts for display and easy access for members to use.
