Including full P&L, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, etc • Building and Leading the key strategic engagements with partners and the broader ecosystem in APAC with numerous Global responsibilities • Developing and improving Brand recognition• Development of Strategic Partnerships• Working closely with partners to develop customised go to market strategies• Developing a sustainable and pro-active ecosystem• Recruitment of key new partners• Engagement with key partners to ensure win-win outcomes to lead to loyalty and repeatable business• Employee Management • Full Marketing responsibilities• Development of Strategic and tactical plans to support sales initiatives• Extensive interactions with Analysts, Customers and other thought leaders to stay ahead of market development and trends• Extensive interactions with Product owners to prioritise product development • Development and implementation of internal processes to facilitate optimal staff performanceMajor Achievements: Built ABBYY ANZ to be the most recognised and preferred vendor in the space  Successfully increased revenue every year (high double digit growth), significantly outperforming the market and gaining significant market share from competitors Developed a very strong and enviable partner channel  Developed new markets for existing product lines  Successfully lead the Global initiative for SaaS, PaaS and subscription licensing  Developed a strong, supportive symbiotic ecosystem Effectively managed personnel to achieve the required outcomes Implemented operational systems and processes to improve the productivity of the team
