Phoenix Development Fund (PDF) is UChicago’s premier student-run social impact consulting organization. PDF provides high quality, pro-bono consulting services (devising social media strategies, improving volunteer recruitment practices, conducting market research on new business trends, etc.) exclusively to small businesses, non-profits, and impact-oriented organizations. PDF is composed of some of UChicago's brightest undergraduates, holding ~3% acceptance rate. Currently serving as an engagement manager and board member leading a team working and consulting with local non-profits in the e-commerce sector around Chicago to help them grow their businesses and expand their models both within the university and in the region more broadly.

Wrote research reports and crafted slide decks addressing possible counterarguments/concerns to widespread implementation while emphasizing the potential of integrated biomass within the United States. Collaborated with investors and supervisor through weekly meetings to share findings and reports.Ample Carbon is focused on repurposing coal power plants for biologically-mediated direct air capture (BECCS/BiCRS) using purpose-grown herbaceous crops. Unlocking gigaton-scale carbon removals while supporting rural communities.

Conducted life-science market research, investigated SynBio trends, and coordinated with local startups to help QB3 incubator promote space. Also contacted over 50 Bay Area startup companies, surveyed interested in the QB3 incubator, then consolidated and reported major findings to manager in reports and presentations.

Investigated and researched economic and societal climate change models under the supervision of Harvard Professor, James Truncer. Published 20-page research report examining non-carbon and renewable energy technologies and possible implementation in the 2021 Horizon Academic Journal, selected as one of ~4% of all projects for final publication.
