Working at Simplyhealth as Practice Support Advisor (PSA), I ensure that the relationships with our Denplan dentist practices for my region are well looked after in the form of administrative support. I work closely with field-based Business Development Consultants (BDC's) to aid in enhancing the current client base and supporting new growth opportunities. When starting as a contractor in late January, primarily I worked on the phone answering queries to reach my main goal which was reducing overall call waiting times, but as I was brought on as a full time PSA in March, my role expanded to building relationships with dental practices and taking ownership of any incoming work for my area. This work is maintained using the CRM database Salesforce.

An ancillary aspect of my role is to develop CPL Online's customer base by following up on both warm and cold leads and capitalising on them.
