I joined First PREMIER Bank in July of 2020 as a teller. I have always taken new challenges head on and taken on every opportunity to learn new skills. These traits combined with great performance allowed me to achieve the position of Sr. Teller in April of 2021 and the role of Lead Teller in October of 2021. Currently in my role of Lead Teller I am responsible for both carrying out daily teller functions as well as leading a small team of tellers. I process teller transactions, follow risk management procedures, preform account maintenance, and occasionally serve as vault teller. As a leader, I ensure that these daily teller functions are being fulfilled by everyone on the team. I create weekly teller schedules taking into account any requests such as vacation time, or preferences of shifts. I keep record of required data such as teller statistics, errors, differences, and transaction counts. I serve as the point of contact if there are any errors made by tellers on my team, and follow through to ensure that those errors are corrected. I serve as a trainer, preforming side by side trainings for newly hired tellers, as well as occasionally proving assisntace for classroom trainings.

While attending high school and some college courses online, I preformed the duties of a customer service assistant at Sunshine Foods. I aid in the functioning of the store by providing great customer service to the guests. I assist in the produce department by ensuring general freshness and packaging freshly cut produce. I use basic math alongside a basic computer system to scan items. Some of my duties that go along with this are; ensuring correct prices, ensuring that bills are not counterfeit, delivering the accurate amount of change back to the customer, using an electronic device to ensure that checks are valid and ensuring that the register has the accurate amount of money in it at the end of my working period. I also preform other general functions at the store by picking up the telephone and answering questions that customers may have and transferring calls to the appropriate department, bagging groceries, stocking shelves, ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store, mentoring new employees, and any other duty that may be asked of me.

I aided in general customer service by bagging groceries, ensuring that shelves were full and clean, answering questions that customers may have, and helping customers locate items. I also mentored new employees and showed them how to do the job to the best of their abilities. In the fall of 2019, I transferred my employment to Sunshine Foods due to the company selling the location.

My job as this role was to assist in bagging groceries for customers, stocking the shelves, and assisting customers with any questions or tasks they may request. In the winter of 2016, I transferred employment to Teal's Market due to the business being sold.
