Henry co-owns Campden Wealth and the Campden Club, the preeminent global Membership Club for families of substantial wealth and their private offices, providing education, connectivity and support to over 1400 families from 37 countries. Henry pioneered the Family Co-Investment platform within the Club, allowing families to share and invest into opportunities between each other. For 7 years this platform has successfully brought together leading global families, allowing them to do business with qualified peers. Henry is head of the Investment Committee and personally reviews hundreds of opportunities a year. Henry also manages, teaches and oversights the Wharton Private Wealth Management Program, a 20 year partnership between Campden and Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. This program educates UHNW families across the core principals of private wealth. Henry contributes and co-produces to the Clubs’ premier annual research report, The Global Family Office Report, which researches and surveys 350 Club Members with Single Family Offices, with average AUM of $1bn. This report is the world’s leading and most comprehensive research study on family offices and is frequently quoted in The Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Reuters, The Economist, CNBC and South China Morning Post. Henry was recently a Final's Judge for the Entrepreneurs World Cup Final 2019 in Saudi Arabia, at the request of Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. There were 107,000 entries from 47 countries. Prior to owning Campden, Henry worked for 14 years in the Luxury goods sector and personally worked for the Queen of England for over 5 years.
