With over 9 years of professional experience in the Automotive retail industry, my journey at Mon Motors Group has been marked by a deep commitment to sustainable transport and excellence in customer service.Since 2018 my role as a Sales Executive has delivered a multi-brand/multi-site experience, becoming a recognized expert in Motability, Audi Sport, and Audi e-tron vehicles. My proficiency in CRM and communication skills have enabled me to successfully navigate numerous product launches and contribute to our teams ambitious sales targets. Attending central launch training events and gaining Audi accreditation underscore my dedication to both personal growth, and desire to make the Automotive industry more sustainable.This keen interest in sustainability was nurtured at university, where I presented a supply chain sustainability concept for the Automotive industry as part of the Autocar 'Next Generation Award'.
