Delivered speeches at various industry conferences and universities on improving renewable energy operations.

Provided leadership and direction for Work Management, Maintenance and Outage Management processes for the Exelon Power fossil and hydro fleet. Improved fleet maintenance performance through increased process rigor and accountability. Resulted in backlog reduction of 30%.

Built diverse team of ten engineers and project managers; promoting four members to advanced positions. Led network of project managers in $200M in capital improvements at nation’s oldest supercritical power plant, completing over 200 projects within budget.

Cited by Exelon CEO John Rowe with the first-ever Chairman’s Environmental Award for successfully applying six sigma methodology to projects at Eddystone Station.

Integrated front office of $1B enterprise with a common set of sales processes and e-Business tools – including Siebel CRM. Unified 100 customer-facing individuals in 14 separate businesses. Project results included 96% increase in cross-selling revenue, 15% increase in close ratio and presentation of successful case study at CRM conference.

Team developed and branded PECO’s first unregulated energy business. Resulted in the successful launch of Exelon – a new $15 M growth vehicle. Led eight diverse teams in the execution of Vision Quest, the re-engineering of PECO’s largest fossil plant. Project produced $65 M (20 cents/share) in annual cost savings. Delivered key speeches on alliance development at Institute for the Study of Business Markets and Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals. Secured licensing and launched Exelon’s most differentiated new energy product, Starline. Result: created six new jobs and $5 M in orders in first year without competitive bidding. Negotiated and implemented strategic alliances that delivered value through new business growth, new products and reduced supply costs.
