Responsibility for Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, and Staffing functions (4 Staff Members). Implemented HR Strategy and metric reporting to measure and hold team accountable. Developed a recruiting and flexible staffing strategy. Implementation of employee recognition program for Environmental, Health and Safety. FY13 savings from self insurance workers’ compensation implementation and safety initiatives $400,000 refund of premium. Responsible for implementation of conversion from ADP payroll HRIS system to Ultipro system. Hired 1,400 part-time and full-time employees over previous three years.

Responsibility for managing Operational Process and New Store teams (2 Sr. Managers and 3 Managers) and Admin team for ISS. Responsibilities include ownership of $16 Million new store merchandising budget, service group consolidation and process improvements for the team. Lead liaison on all Legal, Safety, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources related matters. Initiated and executed Six Sigma project that saved $1.1 Million first year and subsequent years $11 million plus; recognized by CEO for the top five cost reduction projects in 2008. Formulated the Human Resources audit strategy and implementation.

Executed nationwide divisional rollout plan to support Emerson products sold to Home Depot. Developed and carried out policies in relation to all phases of Human Resources activities. Managed Environmental Health and Safety Programs. Coordinated employee development and disciplinary processes. Prepared all government reporting for EEO/AAP, 5500, OSHA. Developed and administered New Hire Orientation Binder, Employee Handbook, Manager Policy Manual, and Vehicle Safety and Maintenance procedures.
