I have extensive experience in Human Resources that includes; lead labor negotiator, green field start-up, creating a joint venture, led an executive team in implementing a reduction in force of over 300 salaried employees and 1500 union employees, recruited staff at all levels, and terminated executives. I have HR consulting experience both as an independent and as a director for a $3 billion company.
