I'm a software engineer, passionate about technology, building products, developing culture and growing people.From an early age, I have always had a passion for creating things, especially with for technology. I created my first website at 16, for my parent's Bed and Breakfast, I’ve created mobile apps for companies to improve their culture, and been a technical lead at multi-million pound e-commerce and marketplace platforms.I joined Bark.com very early on in it’s growth and have been instrumental in the 4x growth while I’ve been at the company. I’ve been responsible for individual contribution and product development, through to the growth and management of the tech team and the evolution of the technical architecture.My passion for technology comes from wanting to and build products which help people, and make their lives easier. There’s nothing I love more than positive feedback from a user. I get the most enjoyment after identifying a problem with a user experience, coming up with an innovative fix, and watching the data.
