I co-founded this nomadic theatre company and serve to lead the operations of the organization dedicated to creating an inclusive space for diverse talents in the Twin Cities. I serve as the escalation point for all finance, fundraising, accounting, and financial management of the start-up. I also lead the HR processes including recruiting and hiring the talent. Wearing many hats, I adapt to the situation to coordinate the details to provide a superior experience to everyone involved from the audience to the creative talent. I also partner with the venues to define the plans and address the logistical needs for each production.A few of my recent achievements include:• Led 3 productions through the entire lifecycle and have a 4th program in the works pending the pandemic. • Identify and coordinate fundraising efforts including grants to support initiatives advancing diversity.• Built the business plan and led the operations of the start-up organization focused on the arts.• Developed marketing strategies and led the casting calls to find the best talent for the programs.• Stepped in wherever needed in the operations to support the teams in delivery of the projects.• Negotiated and managed contracts for the rapidly growing organization with a strong sense of urgency.

I reported to the CEO and Chef of this pop-up restaurant that was launched during the pandemic to meet the gap in the market for quality high-end food with an accessible atmosphere. I collaborate with the owner to build the brand and engage the audience to create systems for sustainable growth. I do this while interfacing extensively with customers and venues to troubleshoot the operations and maintain profitability. I was extended an internship opportunity from a nonprofit performing company while staying in Ireland for a cross-country academic program. The assignment pitted me on multi-tasking support priorities for the operations ranging from data entry to events support, the latter of which involved layered coordination for inventory and logistics. I also communicated extensively with both talent pool and leadership to support other evolving priorities such as document preparation, financial recording and leadership progress reporting.A few of my recent achievements include:• Served as the liaison between the back of the house and the front of the house to fix problems.• Supported leadership in the preparation for events including pre-event preparations and onsite.• Filled in wherever needed to facilitate the success of the team and the high-quality customer experience. • Applied culturally responsive perspective to navigate ambiguity in the fast-paced environment.
