As General Manager, Corporate Services at GuocoLand China , I take charge of the Quality & Cost Management, Human Resources and Administration Departments. I also prepared and implemented a revised Standard Operating Procedure for Project Management activities in order to ensure consistency across the China operations of the company. I also led a team to oversee the various projects being developed by the company in China with the objective to achieve predetermined quality, time and cost. I also initiated a learning and sharing platform for the company including detailed analysis of past experiences to facilitate the benchmarking of best practice. In addition, I also led the HR team to carry out a manpower rationalisation exercise for the company in order to optimize operational efficiency.
